Distance Sales Agreement

01

Parties

For products sold through a Shopinger-powered store, the seller is the merchant operating the relevant store and the buyer is the customer placing the order. Shopinger provides the software, WhatsApp workflow, store infrastructure, and operational tools unless it is expressly shown as the seller.

For Shopinger subscription or service purchases, the seller/service provider is MTG Yazılım A.Ş. and the buyer is the person or business purchasing the service.

02

Subject

This agreement covers the sale and delivery of products, digital services, or subscription services ordered remotely through Shopinger-powered channels, including order creation, payment, delivery, cancellation, and refund processes.

03

Product or Service Information

The product or service name, quantity, price, tax information, delivery method, payment method, and seller information are shown to the buyer before order confirmation. The buyer is responsible for reviewing this information before approving the order.

04

Price and Payment

The total price, including taxes and any delivery charges, is presented before checkout. Payment may be collected through the payment methods enabled by the seller or by Shopinger for its own services.

05

Delivery and Performance

Physical product delivery is performed by the seller or its logistics provider to the address provided by the buyer. Digital services and Shopinger subscriptions are performed by granting access to the relevant platform, account, or digital feature.

06

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may use the statutory right of withdrawal within the applicable legal period unless a legal exception applies. Exceptions may include services started with consumer approval, customized products, products unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons after opening, perishable goods, and digital content delivered instantly with consumer approval.

07

Seller Responsibilities

The seller is responsible for accurate product information, lawful sale of products, invoicing, delivery, after-sales support, cancellation, refund, warranty, and consumer requests related to its own products. Shopinger is responsible for its own software service and platform commitments.

08

Disputes

Consumer disputes may be submitted to the competent consumer arbitration committee or consumer court according to applicable monetary limits and legislation. Business users are subject to the dispute terms in the relevant service agreement unless mandatory law states otherwise.
